JOGSON Industrial Oven serves multiple Industries like Food, Textile, Plastic, Etc.
Construction: Exterior is made of fully insulated Mild Steel square pipe and covered with Mild steel Sheet with Powder coated paint finish. Interior, the insulation is covered with Galvanized sheet duly coated with a high-temperature resistant coating.
Insulation: All sides of Drier / Oven cabinet are fully insulated with 50 mm Thk Glass Wool for preventing Heat loss/ Heat leakage.
Doors: are also insulated with 50 mm thick Glass Wool & Door lips are lined with silicon rubber gasket for preventing any leakages.
Locking: In case of single door cabinet, spring and roller type latch is provided & in case of double door cabinet, container type rod locking assembly is provided for an effective secure seal.
Air Circulation: Forced air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers fitted inside the drier/oven for better uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.
Ventilation: Very efficient Dehumidifier fitted with an electric motor connected with digital timer is provided along with Adjustable Manual Air Damper.
Heating: We can provide the drier/oven with various heating methods such as Electric Heaters, Thermic fluid, Steam or Hot water heating system with suitable heating coils as per the requirement.
Carrier Trolley: We can provide the charging trolley with drier/oven to accommodate cones/trays/etc, as per the requirement. Drier/Oven is designed with a foldable ramp for loading/unloading the carrier trolley.
Automatic Power Control Panel is equipped with Jogson Drying Programmer TPR-44 which controls up to 8 programs with battery backup, the rate of temperature rise, hold time, operator call and memory retention in case of power failure.
